On Sunday the 7th of April at 10:30 am: The Holy Mass will be celebrated by His Excellence Archbishop Gabriele Caccia, the Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations in memory of two great humanitarians, Portuguese Diplomat Aristides de Sousa Mendes and Brazilian Diplomat Luis Martins de Sousa Dantas; both died 70 years ago.
In the church hall, a reception and the screening of the film “O Consul de Bordeus” (English subtitles) will follow. The Portuguese Ambassador to the UN, Ana Paula Zacarias, will be the keynote speaker.
